Our new paper titled “Mapping the conformational landscape of DNA minicircles through atomic force microscopy and shape space analysis” has been published in Small today! The work, lead by Dr. Laura Wiggins, gives us new insight into the dynamic conformations of DNA by developing an automated framework that quantifies shape from AFM images.
